 Repair Labor Warranties range from 30 days to one year

 Replacement Services Warranties   and Renovation Warranties have a minimum of one year Warranty

We have listed below the most common work orders and Renovation Proposals that will make your request for services easier.

 Emergencies

Please complete emergency Request Form or call after hours phone if you need immediate services. Time frame for immediate services range from 30 minutes to 24 hrs depending on severity.  Most of Emergency services are considered issues that can be removed from Emergency status to resolved safe status by less that 2 hrs of professional service.  A minimum  Fee of $300 is required before a Technician will be dispatched. Additional travel fee will be required if over 40 miles away.
